This was a heavy situation to experience, but in some way, I'm happier having been given a simulated trauma and being again faced with the reality that there are horrible moments like this that some of us go through than not. Hope you're doing better.
Thanks. I think the process of writing this out helps me to move on. I am doing better these days.
